【写真カロリー推定機能（Google Gemini）】
写真からカロリーを推定する機能をご利用の際、撮影または選択した食事の画像がAIサービス提供者（Google LLC）のサーバーに送信されます。送信されたデータはGoogleのプライバシーポリシーに基づき取り扱われます。
いずれのAI機能も使用しない場合、外部への情報送信は一切行われません。
本アプリは、Apple HealthKit（iOS）およびAndroid Health Connect（Android）と連携し、以下のデータを読み取り・記録する場合があります。
これらのデータへのアクセスおよび同期には、お客様の明示的な許可が必要です。許可は端末の設定（iOSは「ヘルスケア」アプリ、AndroidはHealth Connectアプリ）からいつでも取り消すことができます。
HealthKit / Health Connectから取得したデータは原則として端末内にのみ保存されます。ただし、AIコーチ機能（第2条）をご利用の際に限り、これらのデータの集計値（歩数・消費カロリー・睡眠時間等）がAnthropicのサーバーに送信される場合があります。
本アプリは、これらのヘルスケアデータを広告やマーケティング目的に使用しません。また、第三者に販売・提供することはありません。
本アプリではプレミアムプラン（月額・年額）を提供しています。課金処理はApple App Store / Google Playの標準決済システムおよびRevenueCat, Inc.を通じて行われます。

Access to and synchronization of this data requires your explicit permission. You can revoke permission at any time from your device settings (the "Health" app on iOS, or the Health Connect app on Android).
Data obtained from HealthKit or Health Connect is primarily stored on your device. However, when using the AI Coach feature (Article 2), aggregated values (such as steps, calories burned, and sleep duration) may be sent to Anthropic's servers.
This health data is never used for advertising or marketing purposes, and is never sold or shared with third parties.
The App offers premium plans (monthly and yearly). Payment processing is handled through the Apple App Store / Google Play standard payment systems and RevenueCat, Inc.
We do not share your information with third parties except in the following cases:
